It is believed that stress in either of these areas can lead to stress in a particular area of your life and even in some cases, particular regions of the body, via chemical or hormonal imbalance.

Learning to manage each area is important to one's overall health, luckily it is well documented that nutrition and physical activity are among the best for regulating a healthy hormone balance.
